The Minnesota Supreme Court has found that Governor Dayton’s line-item veto of the Legislature’s funding is constitutional, stating that the Minnesota Constitution places no limits on line-item vetoes. The six-page order, issued Friday afternoon, ordered the two parties to enter into mediation as well as other actions.
