Campaign Finance Bill affects campaign literature disclaimers, ballot question disclosures

Gov. Mark Dayton signed the Campaign Finance Bill (SF 205) into law on May 22.

The bill includes a couple of provisions related to campaign literature disclaimers and ballot question political committee disclosure requirements.
