Schools can apply for broadband grant funding; deadline is October 28

The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development’s Office of Broadband Development, is requesting applications for grant funding to deploy broadband infrastructure and expand access of broadband service to unserved and underserved areas of Minnesota.

The application deadline is 4 p.m. Tuesday, October 28.

Visit http://mn.gov/deed/about/contracts and click on “Border-to-Border Broadband Development” for information and to request an application.
